Responsibilities:
- Establishing relationships with the designated clients, ensuring their needs are met at all times
- Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings
- Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Managing coordination with clients and internal teams
- Tracking all metrics associated with social media engagement and growth
- Reporting social media performance through analytics on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Reviewing new social media technologies and making recommendations regarding the potential benefits of joining
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or a related subject
- Must be a team player
- Self-starter, proactive and creative
- Passion for growth
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Customer Service Skills
